PDF Generation and Record Keeping
Once a document is submitted, Event Temple automatically generates a PDF copy for record-keeping.
The PDF is sent to:
The user assigned to the Booking
The document creator
The customer
A copy of the PDF is also saved on the Document page for easy reference and download.
Alternatives to Editing
To preserve the original signed version, consider the following options:
The document URL remains the same after editing.
Clone the existing document or create a new one if additional edits are required.
Cloning ensures the original document and its signatures remain intact for your records.
