Procedure:
The option at the top of your Views list will be your default view. Click & Drag your views around to your desired order.
Additional Information
Lists are customized per user, which means you can move around the order without affecting any of your teammate's lists!
If your lists are hidden, simply click on the list name to expand the menu.
