Procedure:
This information comes from the Tax Number entered on the associated Account, in this case, the Fedex account;
If there is no tax number listed on an Account, the heading will not appear on the Invoice. If there is a Tax Number entered on an Account, there is not currently a way to hide it from the Invoice.

The Heading Tax Number can be modified for your Organization within Invoice Settings
