⚙️ When You Delete a Package
The package is immediately removed from your list under Settings → Offerings → Packages.
It will no longer be available for selection when creating new bookings or adding items to existing events.
Any existing bookings or events that already include that package will keep the original package details (name, price, and included items) — they are not deleted or changed.
The deleted package will not appear on reports as a selectable item but any historical data tied to existing bookings remains intact.
🗄️ Recommended Best Practice
If you no longer want a package to be used but still want to keep historical visibility:
Use the Archive option instead of Delete.
Archived packages are hidden from new selections but remain available for reporting and past bookings.
⚠️ Important Notes
Deleting is permanent — there’s no undo function.
Packages cannot be deleted if they are being actively edited or used in a transaction at that moment.
Archived packages can be restored at any time by enabling Show Archived and unarchiving them.
