Procedure:
Add a Menu Item Block to your Document
Click the pencil icon or double click the element to edit it
Scroll to Display Options
Check the Group Menu Items by Event box
Check the Group Menu Items by Event Start Date box
Click Apply at the top-right side of the edit screen
