Answer
Booking Type and Event Type can be updated within Organization Settings by an Admin User.
Booking Type
Go to Settings
Click on Fields -> Setup Values
Hover Over Booking Types & Click Edit
From here you will be able to Add or Edit Booking Types
Event Type
Go to Settings
Click on Fields -> Setup Values
Hover Over Event Types & Click Edit
From here you will be able to Add or Edit Event Types
