  • How can I report on Bookings that came in via the Intake Form?

  • Is there a report that will show the conversion rates of Bookings via the Intake Forms?

  • How do I pull a report on how many leads from web forms have turned into actual sales?

Procedure:

In order to properly Calculate how many Bookings were created by the Intake Form(s), and how many of them converted to a Definte Booking, we'll need to run two Booking List Reports.

Step One - All Bookings from the Intake Form.

Looking at the Booking List report

  1. Set the following filters:

    1. Select the Booking Date if you want to see the conversion within a certain timeframe.

    2. Select the Booking Origin and set it to "Intake Form"

    3. Select all the Booking Statuses (Lead, Tentative, Definite, Lost)

  2. Click Export As

  3. Select HTML

  4. Click Include Summary

  5. Click OK

  6. Click "Click here to download the file"

Your report will be exported with all the Bookings created via the Intake Form.

Step Two - Number of Definite Bookings from the Intake Form.

Now that we have all the Bookings that were Created on the Intake Form, we'll need to run the Report again, but this time we change the Booking Status to only Definite.
Looking at the Booking List report

  1. Keep the previous filters as they were

  2. Change the Booking Status to only show "Definite".

  3. Take note of the total number of Definite Bookings

Step Three - Calculate your Conversion

Since we have both the number of All Bookings from the Intake Form and the Definite Bookings from the Intake Form, we'll use the following calculation to get our conversion rate:
โ€‹
Conversion Rate = (Number of Bookings from Intake Form that are Definite devided by the Total Bookings from the Intake Form) * 100
โ€‹
If we have a Total of 150 Bookings from our Intake Form and 40 of them turned Definite, our Conversation Rate = 40 divided by 150, times 100 = 26,6%
