Answer:

There is no way to set up Email Signatures for other Users without logging into their account. A User can set up their own Email Signature by following these instructions:

  1. Select Settings from the Menu

  2. Under Personal Settings, click Email

  3. Under Email Signature, click Edit

  4. Enter your Signature details

  5. Save
