Uploading Floor Plans:

  1. Select Settings from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Click on Templates & Files

  3. Select Files

  4. Press "Choose File" at the top of the screen and select the floor plan to upload

Ensure that you repeat this process for each floor plan you need.

Clicking on the Name of the File you have uploaded opens up a new window with your floor plan. Keep this page open, as we need the URL at the top of the page for the next step.


Adding an Event Custom Field

  1. Select Settings from the left-hand sidebar

  2. Click on Fields

  3. Select Customize Fields

  4. Press Event

  5. Click on "+New Custom Fields"

  6. Set the Field Type to Picklist

  7. Enter a Field Label

  8. Click on Add Option

  9. Copy and paste the following line of code:

  10. Replace the X with the URL at the top of the page from the previous instructions

  11. Your Option should now look like this:
