Accessing the Menus Page
Go to Settings → Menus.
The page lists all existing menus, including:
Menu Name
Description
Sub Menus (number shown)
Menu Items (number shown)
Each row includes action buttons to view, edit, or delete a menu.
Adding a New Menu
Click the “New Menu” button at the top of the page.
Enter the required details, such as the menu name and description.
Save your new menu. It will now appear in the list of menus.
Accessing and Adding Submenus
To access the submenus for a specific menu, click the number shown in the “Sub Menus” column.
This will open the submenu management page for that menu.
Click “New Sub Menu” to create one.
Enter the submenu name and details, then save.
Accessing and Adding Menu Items
To access menu items for a menu, click the number shown in the “Menu Items” column.
On the new page, click “New Menu Item”.
Enter all required details — for example, item name, price, and description.
Save the new item. It will now appear in the list under that menu.
Editing and Removing
Edit:
Click the edit icon (pencil) beside the menu, submenu, or menu item you wish to modify.Deleting Menus:
You cannot delete a menu if it still contains menu items.To delete a menu, you must first delete or remove all associated items (and submenus if applicable).
Once empty, you can click the delete icon beside the menu to remove it.
Deleting Submenus or Menu Items:
Click the delete icon beside the submenu or item. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Additional Notes
The menu structure supports multiple categories, allowing teams to separate food, beverages, rentals, and event packages.
Menus can be updated at any time to reflect price changes or new offerings.
Each menu and submenu can be used across multiple event templates and bookings to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Only users with Admin access are able to add, remove or edit menu items.
