Intake Forms help you capture inquiries directly from your website, social media, or QR codes. When a form is submitted, Event Temple automatically creates a new Contact and Booking β so your sales team can respond quickly and never miss a lead.

Creating an Intake Form
Go to Settings > Tools > Intake Forms.
Click Add New Form.
Name your form and click Create.
Customize your fields and styling.
Click Save.
Embed the form or share the link/QR code.
π Chain Admin permissions are required for Chains to create or edit forms.
