It is possible to upload any type of file to later attach to an email and send to a client. This way the files will be easily accessible through Event Temple, rather than having access to a specific hard drive, network, or folder on a workstation
How to upload a file
Select Settings
Select Templates & Files
Select Files
Click Choose File
Select the file you wish to upload
Click Open
Link a File in an Email
Create an email by following the steps outlined here
Once you are ready to link your Document, click the File Links button a the bottom of your email body
Find the appropriate File from the list in the pop-up
Click the Insert Link button
Optional Rename the Link (see additional information for details)
When ready, click Send
Important Considerations
If you'd like to add multiple links, simply click the File Links button again and select another item.
The names of your files will be changed in the system to ensure uniqueness
Rename the link by clicking the link & selecting Edit Link. From here update your preferred text
