🔁 Sync Behaviour
Emails sent from Event Temple appear in your native Sent folder
Replies to those emails sync to Event Temple
Direct emails sent from your provider (outside ET) do not sync
Replies to those outside emails also do not sync
Emails sent from a Booking will sync replies to that Booking + Contact
Emails sent from elsewhere will sync replies only to the Contact
Multiple Users Sharing One Email Address:
If multiple users connect the same email address in Event Temple, only the first user will receive replies synced within Event Temple. We recommend that each user connects a separate email address to ensure all replies are properly received and logged.

Only one user should integrate with one email address
Avoid linking the same email across multiple accounts
