Answer

Failed emails are visible from the Emails Tab. From here it is easy to retry sending the Emails.

  1. Click on the Emails tab

  2. Click Sent Emails

  3. Look for the Emails with exclamation marks indicating it did not send

  4. Choose the arrow drop down to the right of the Email

  5. Click Retry

Important Considerations

If you are having problems sending emails it is always best practice to Unlink your email, then Relink and try again.
