Answer

Once Workflows have been added to a Booking you can manage the steps in the Workflow from the Workflows Tab under the Booking.

From the Workflows Tab you are able to Pause and Remove a Workflow

You can also choose to Delete any steps of the Workflow.

There is also the option to Run Steps in the Workflow. This might be useful for example if you would like to send an email early.
