Answer:
To delete a Sub-Menu option:
Click on Settings in the left hand Menu
Under Organization, click on Menus
Click on the appropriate Menu
Click on + New Menu Item
Click Add/Edit Sub Menus (green button)
Click the red Trash button next to the Sub-Menu option you want to remove
You can also Archive Sub-Menu options
Click OK to confirm
Click Close
Click Cancel
Note: Sub-Menu options cannot be deleted if they are currently being used on Menu Items in the corresponding Menu. You can choose to Archive the option or first remove the Sub-Menu from the existing items.
