Answer:
To add a new Space Closure Reason:
Click Settings
Click Fields
Click on the edit button next to the "Space Closure Reasons"
Click on "+New Space Closure Reason" at the top-right
Fill out the Reason for the Space Closure (E.g. Holiday)
Select which Organization has access to this Reason
Press Create
