Answer:
From Within Settings -> Users & Roles, your user limit & current number of active billed users appear at the top right-hand side.
We'll also show a notification if you've reached your user limit.
For Chain Admins that have access to multiple Organizations, we've made it easy for you to see this information for all Organizations within your Chain.
Under Chain -> Organizations you can see the user limit & the number of active billed users.
Additional Information:
A user is only billed to one Organization even if they have access to multiple Organizations within a Chain. When editing a User you can see which Organization they are billed to. Should this need to be changed, please reach out to our friendly support team.
