Answer:
This can be done in the Menus Tab within Settings.
Go to Settings.
Under Organization -> Click Menus.
Select any Menu Name
In the Filters, click on Menu
Hover over the Menu Filter & Select All
Click Apply
Additional Information
Only users with an Admin user role can access the Settings area.
