Attaching files when sending documents
How to attach files (e.g. GTCs) to your invoices (qoutes/estimate, etc.)
everbill allows you to attach several files, such as GTCs, to your documents (invoices, estimates, etc.).
In the following example, an invoice is provided with a document attachment - in this case terms and conditions.
Open Sales > Invoices > New invoice.
2. after you have created the invoice as usual, open the Files tab. You can now upload your GTCs (or other documents) from your hard disk by clicking on the Upload file button.
3. then click on Save & send to send your invoice plus attachment. Place a checkmark next to your uploaded file.
Once you have uploaded a file, you can easily select it in the Files tab under Select file and send it again.
