If your address is incorrect on the invoices you receive from us, please go to Settings -> Change subscription data and change your address there.
If you only change your address under Company Details --> My company, your new address will appear on your outgoing invoices, but not on the invoices you receive from us.
You will also find a SEPA direct debit mandate to download there. Fill it in with the new data and then upload it. Click on Save to complete the change to your bank details and it will be applied to the next direct debit.
Change your address on everbill invoices
To change the address on invoices that you receive from us to pay the everbill subscription fee, go to Settings > Change subscription data and enter your new address.

Changing the login e-mail address
Enter the new address under Company Details > My company in the E-mail field and click on Save. Before you can log in with your new e-mail address, you need to confirm it. To do this, click on the confirmation link that we will send you in an e-mail to the new address.
Changing the company data on the documents you create
To change the company data that appears on the documents you create (invoices, offers, etc.), also go to Company Details > My company.
