30-Day Inactivity Rule
To ensure active and responsible account management, all Evercrest accounts are subject to a 30-day inactivity rule.
If no trades are placed on an account for a continuous period of 30 calendar days, the account will be deemed inactive. Once an account is marked inactive, Evercrest reserves the right to suspend or close the account, in line with our risk management and platform policies.
To avoid inactivity, traders must place at least one trade within every 30-day period. This trade must be opened and executed under normal market conditions and in accordance with all Evercrest trading rules.
Please note that inactivity rules apply regardless of account phase or balance status. It is the trader’s responsibility to monitor their account activity and ensure compliance at all times.
