Given the calculations that Everperform generates on each individual user, there is a need to ensure the integrity of the targets and associated attributes is upheld.
APS, MYOB and Xero Practice Manager connections are unable to provide reliable and auditable data in relation to individual productivity targets and standard hours meaning that Everperform needs to be the source of these attributes.
Whilst mission control users can update many of the Everperform attributes for a user, productivity targets and standard hours / FTE are required to be updated through our support teams.
The process to follow for mission control users is:
Download the csv file
Update the user details in this file and save
Send the file to support@everperform.com
The Everperform team will update and confirm upon completion.
