As a retailer on Everspring, you may need to update your business entity, such as in case of a legal restructuring. Or have you transitioned from a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) to a limited company (B.V.)? Below, you will find exactly how to proceed.

π Where Do I Submit the Request?
You must submit your change request via the change request form.
π What Information Do I Need to Provide?
Make sure to correctly fill in the following details:
Official email address of your company which you log in with (requests from other email addresses will not be accepted).
Valid Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and VAT number.
Supporting documentation to substantiate the change.

β οΈ What Should I Consider?
The old contract terms remain in effect unless stated otherwise.
You will receive an Stripe Invoice for the β¬100.00 administration fee.
If your request is incomplete, we will contact you for additional information, which may cause delays.

The processing time depends on how quickly you sign the new agreement and complete the payment.
