How to Request a Change of Business Entity on Everspring

As a retailer on Everspring, you may need to update your business entity, such as in case of a legal restructuring. Or have you transitioned from a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) to a limited company (B.V.)? Below, you will find exactly how to proceed.

You must submit your change request via the change request form.

πŸ“ What Information Do I Need to Provide?

Make sure to correctly fill in the following details:

  • Official email address of your company which you log in with (requests from other email addresses will not be accepted).

  • Valid Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and VAT number.

  • Supporting documentation to substantiate the change.

⚠️ What Should I Consider?

  • The old contract terms remain in effect unless stated otherwise.

  • You will receive an Stripe Invoice for the €100.00 administration fee.

  • If your request is incomplete, we will contact you for additional information, which may cause delays.

⏳ How Long Does It Take?

  • The review process takes up to 5 business days.

  • The processing time depends on how quickly you sign the new agreement and complete the payment.

1. What happens after my request is approved?

  • The Everspring retailer account will be updated.

  • You will receive the contract to confirm that the new entity will take over the contract and a Stripe Invoice.

2. Why do I have to pay an administration fee?

Since changing a business entity requires administrative processing, a €100.00 administration fee is charged.
