At Everspring, we want to provide clear information regarding our returns policy. Please note the following:

  1. Supplier Return Policy: When you, as a retailer, purchase products from a supplier for your customers, the supplier does not accept returns. In no circumstances can you return a product to the supplier.

  2. Strict "All Sales Final" Policy: We enforce a strict "purchased-as-is" policy, meaning that once products are purchased from the supplier, they cannot be returned to the supplier.

  3. Retailer Responsibility: Any returns from customers are the responsibility of the retailer. Everspring and the supplier are not involved in the management or processing of customer returns.

We understand that managing customer returns is an important aspect of running a retail business. We encourage retailers to establish their own return policies and processes to handle customer returns effectively and provide the necessary support to their customers.
