The Payments screen in the Everspring retail back-office provides a comprehensive overview of all transactions related to payments made through the platform. This screen is divided into two sections: Manual Payments and Ewallet Payments. Here's what you need to know:
Transactions: Under the transactions section, you can find all transactions related to manual payment methods. These transactions typically involve Ideal payments completed manually on the platform.
Ewallet Payments: The Ewallet Payments section displays all transactions processed through the Ewallet system. Ewallet is a convenient and secure digital wallet solution offered by Everspring. For more information about Ewallet and its features, please refer to the dedicated Ewallet documentation available on our platform.
It's important to note that payments related to orders made on an invoice basis will not appear in the Payments screen. Such transactions are handled separately and are not included in this overview.
