At Everspring, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient experience for retailers using our platform. We want to inform you about our cancellation policy regarding orders placed through the Everspring platform.

Once you, as a retailer, have placed an order, whether manually or through our API, it is important to note that cancellations are only possible if communicated with the supplier. Everspring is not able to cancel orders, only the supplier of a specific order can create a cancellation. Please be aware that the supplier can only cancel if the order has not yet been processed.

If you wish the cancel, send the email an email with the request. The request itself is not a guarantee the supplier can still cancel.
