As a retailer on the Everspring platform, you have the ability to manually place orders for your customers, providing a seamless shopping experience. Here's how you can easily create manual orders:

  1. Adding Products to Cart: Start by browsing the storefront and selecting the desired product(s) for your customer. Simply add the chosen item(s) to your shopping cart.

  2. Entering Delivery Information: Proceed to the checkout page, where you can manually enter the customer's delivery details, including their name and address. Take care to accurately input the information to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

  3. Payment Options: Depending on your payment settings, you have different payment methods available. You may be required to make an immediate payment, deduct the amount from your Ewallet, or receive an invoice for payment. Follow the specified payment process accordingly.

  4. Order Placement: Once you have completed the necessary steps, confirm the order placement. The system will generate an order number for reference and further processing.

After placing the order, you can conveniently track and manage it within your retail back-office. This allows you to stay organized and efficiently handle any further actions required, such as order fulfillment and customer communication.
