In the Everspring retail back office, you have the option to update shipping information for your orders. Simply click on the pencil icon located above the shipping address to make the necessary changes.

Please note that once an order has been processed by the supplier, it is no longer possible to modify the shipping information. In such cases, the pencil icon will not be visible, indicating that adjustments cannot be made.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, it is recommended to review and update the shipping details promptly after placing an order. This will allow you to make any necessary changes before the order progresses to the processing stage.
