  1. Automated Inventory Sync: With the Everspring API, all inventory data is automatically synchronized between your back-office and your webshop. When a product's stock status changes, whether it's an increase or decrease in availability, this update is reflected in real-time on your webshop.

  2. Timely Inventory Updates: Please note that it may take approximately one hour for the changes in stock status to be fully propagated and visible on your webshop. During this timeframe, the necessary updates are processed to ensure accuracy across all platforms.

  3. Supplier Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the supplier to maintain accurate inventory levels within the Everspring system. By keeping their inventory up to date, suppliers ensure that you can rely on the availability of the provided products.
