For inquiries about order status or any related questions, we encourage you to reach out to the supplier directly. They possess the most up-to-date information regarding your order and can provide timely updates. You can find their contact details on each supplier's brand page.


​Issues with an order

In the unfortunate event that an issue arises with an order, such as a delivery not received, a damaged product, non-compliance with specifications, or an incorrect item delivered, it's crucial to contact the supplier promptly. When reaching out, ensure you provide the supplier with the name of the end customer and, if applicable, any supporting evidence. This will facilitate a swift and accurate resolution.

Unresolved Matters and Dissatisfaction

While our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for our retailers, we understand that challenges may occasionally arise. If you have made every effort to communicate with the supplier and are still unsatisfied, please leave a message in the chat. Our dedicated team will work closely with you to find a suitable solution.

Please note: Everspring handles customer service for the suppliers VDA Plant, Kolibri Company, and Teunvalstar. If you encounter any issues with products from these suppliers, you can submit a claim through the "Claim Submission" section on the Everspring retailer portal.
