Everspring's eWallet is a crucial component of the platform, enabling seamless order processing. If your eWallet balance is insufficient, the order cannot be completed, leading to non-transmission to the supplier. When placing manual orders, you must have adequate funds in your eWallet to proceed. However, when using webshop integrations or the API, orders will be received but not forwarded to the supplier if the eWallet balance is insufficient.

To ensure a seamless order flow, it is essential to add funds to your eWallet before proceeding with any transactions. By doing so, orders will be successfully paid for and forwarded to the supplier for processing.
