As a valued supplier on our platform, we want to ensure that you have a seamless experience when adding new products to our marketplace. We understand the importance of flexibility and control in managing your offerings. That's why we've made it easy for you to manually create products. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started:

Step 1: Accessing the Product Section

To begin, navigate to the "Products" section by clicking on "Products" in the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Creating a New Product

Once you're in the "Products" section, click on the "New Product" button located in the top right corner.

Step 3: Choosing the Product Type

Select the type of product you wish to add from the available options:

  1. Standard: Choose this option for accessories, decorative products, and similar items.

  2. Addon: Select this if the product is an addition to another item, such as plant nutrients, which typically do not have separate shipping costs.

  3. Plant: Use this option for adding plants like indoor or outdoor plants.

  4. Pot: Select this when adding pots or baskets to the product catalog.

Step 4: Proceeding to the Next Step

Click "Next Step" after selecting the appropriate product type.

Step 5: Entering Product Details

Now, you need to enter the correct specification set and the product name. Don't worry; you can always update this information later.

  • Specification Set: Choose the relevant category for your product.

  • Product Name: Enter the name of the product you are adding. If you are adding a plant, you will also need to select the appropriate family. If the family you require is not listed, please contact us, and we will add it for you.

Step 6: Completing the Process

After entering the necessary details, you can click "Finish," and voilà! Your new product is now successfully added to the Everspring marketplace. Please be aware that the product will still be in concept and will not be published. In order to publish the product, please go through to the next articke.
