As a supplier on Everspring, you can access the billing information section through your account settings. Please note that only an Everspring employee has the authority to input this data.

To complete the billing information, you will need to provide the following details:
Company Name: Enter the full name of your company as it appears in official records.
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Number: This is the unique registration number issued by the Chamber of Commerce for your company.
VAT Number: Include your Value Added Tax (VAT) number for tax purposes.
EORI Number (Optional): If applicable, provide your Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number.
Website: Add the URL of your company's official website, if available.
First Name and Last Name: Input the contact person's first and last name for billing-related inquiries.
Phone Number and Email Address: Provide the contact details, including phone number and email address, for communication regarding billing matters.
Street and House Number: Enter the address of your company's physical location.
