To get started, navigate to your account settings on Everspring's platform and locate the "Packing Slip Information" section.
Step 2: Customizing Packing Slip Details
In this section, you have the freedom to input specific details that you wish to include on your packing slip. The information you can provide is as follows:
Company Name: Enter the full name of your company, which will appear prominently on the packing slip.
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) Number: Include your unique registration number issued by the Chamber of Commerce.
VAT Number: Add your Value Added Tax (VAT) number for tax-related references.
Website: Input the URL of your company's official website, if applicable.
Phone Number and Email Address: Provide contact details, including a phone number and email address, for order-related inquiries.
Street and House Number: Enter the address of your company's physical location.
Addition (Optional): If necessary, include additional information related to your company's address.
Postal Code, City, and Country: Provide the postal code, city, and country of your company's location.
Step 3: Optional Inclusion
Please note that the packing slip information you provide will be optional and will only be added to orders generated through your own channels. Retailer orders will not include this custom packing slip information.
