Your storefront on Everspring's platform is a direct representation of your brand. To make the most of this opportunity and connect effectively with retailers, we offer the ability to customize your storefront information. From company descriptions to contact details and social media links, you can create a compelling storefront that resonates with your audience.

Step-by-Step Guide: Configuring Storefront Information

  • Accessing Storefront Settings

Begin by logging in to your Everspring supplier account. Navigate to the account settings section, where you'll find the "Storefront Settings" option.

  • Managing Storefront Details

Under "Storefront Settings," you have the flexibility to manage various aspects of your storefront:

  • Name: Update the name of your business, ensuring it accurately represents your brand identity.

  • Long Description: Craft a detailed and engaging description of your company. Highlight your values, products, and what sets your brand apart.

  • Short Description: Create a concise and impactful summary that captures the essence of your business.

  • Contact Information: Provide your contact details, including your name, phone number, and email address. Retailers can use this information to reach out for inquiries or issues.

  • Social Media Links: Enhance your online presence by adding links to your Facebook and Instagram pages. This enables retailers to connect with you across various platforms.

  • Uploading Logo and Banner

To further personalize your storefront, upload your logo and banner:

  • Logo: Upload a high-resolution logo with dimensions of at least 250x250 pixels. Your logo represents your brand and appears prominently on your storefront.

  • Banner: Upload a captivating banner image with dimensions of at least 2000x400 pixels. This banner adds visual appeal to your storefront and can showcase your products or brand imagery.
