Installing the Woocommerce plugin

Welcome to Everspring! In this article, we'll guide you through the process of installing the Everspring Woocommerce plugin to establish a seamless connection between the Everspring platform and Woocommerce.

Step 1: Request plugin from your partner manager

Send an email to your partner manager with the Woocommerce Plugin receival request.

Step 2: Get the plugin ZIP file

After requesting you will receive the Everspring Woocommerce plugin Zipfile. You can directly upload the Zipfile in your Woocommerce environment.

Step 3: Install the Everspring Plugin

Upload the Zipfile in your environment and click on install.

Step 4: Obtain and Save API Key

After installation, you'll need to set up the connection by entering the API key generated in your Everspring account. First navigate to "Installed Plugins" and click on settings. Here you will the location to paste API Key. To create an API key, follow the instructions provided in this article on generating API keys.

Step 5: Configure the plugin settings

Set the API URL Language to the desired language you wish to receive in your store. All content will come through in this language unless the language is not available in the feed. The fall-back language is Dutch.

Add your preferred emailaddress to the "Admin Email" field.


Decide if you want products that come through via Everspring to be published, drafted or pending for reviews. This is can set according to your preference

Decide which fields should be constantly updated. You can choose between:

  • Regular Price (consumer price)

  • Title

  • Description

  • Stock Status

Please note that we do send more product data, however these are the fields you can select to be overwritten after every sync. We recommend to just select Stock Status.

Please select the image size you wish to receiv. We highly recommend to select 600px to make sure the sync of the products does not get stuck on too large image files.

Last, select when the order is sent to Everspring. Here you can select the status the order needs to be send to Everspring. This is according to your preference.

Step 6: Save and Connect

Once you've entered the API key and configured the settings, click the "Save Settings" button to secure the connection. Congratulations, you have successfully connected the Everspring Plugin to your Woocommerce store!

Step 7: Configure minimal specs

This step is vital to make the connection work.

Minimal specs

max_execution_time = 300 (not visible)

memory_limit = 256MB

max_input_time = 60 or better 120

upload_max_filesize = 128MB

post_max_size = 128MB


Go to tools > site health > info to change above settings.

Server should be usually 1GB ram and 2 core at least
