Section 1: Automatic Product Addition

How to Automatically Add Products via Everspring

To effortlessly add products to your Woocommerce store you can utilize Everspring's automatic product addition feature. Follow these steps:

  • Add products to your catalog in Everspring.

  • Within 2 hours, the added products will appear in your Woocommerce store.

Important Points to Note:

  • Upon adding a product, the following fields are transmitted: content, including images, titles, and descriptions in the language of your API URL.

  • The recommended retail price (RRP) is also sent.

  • An SKU and an EAN (if available) are included.

  • Note that all content, price and EAN are sent only once and will not be overwritten (unless you have set this in the Plugin Settings to be overwritten). You can freely modify the content in your Woocommerce shop as needed.

  • Inventory (and other fields you have selected) is updated every 2 hours.

  • The connection between the product in your Woocommerce and Everspring is based on two fields: SKU and Everspring Imported. You can find these fields at every product detail page. SKU can be found under stock and Everspring Imported under Advanced. If these fields are modified, the product is no longer connected, and a new product is created in your Woocommerce shop if it still exists in your Everspring catalog.

Section 2: Manual Product Addition

How to Manually Add Products to Your Shopify Store

For situations where manual control is preferred, you can manually add products to your Woocommerce shop. Here's how:

  • Edit an existing product or create a new one in your Woocommerce shop.

  • Set the Everspring Imported field to yes.

  • Fill in the SKU of the product as it appears in Everspring.

  • Add the product to your catalog in Everspring.

This option is useful for converting existing Woocommerce products to Everspring, preserving SEO rankings, and maintaining control over specific details such as self generated content.
