Ability to add a handling fee for each packaging which is used in an order.

Delivery times and processing times:
Ability to set a processing time and daily cut-off time and link it to a product.
Delivery times have been moved and now need to be linked to a shipping method.
If an order is not shipped on time by a supplier, the order will be marked as late and the retailer will be informed.
Updated invoice export with the possibility to filter by retailer.
Updated order export, pick & pack costs are both separated and totaled together.
Crucial price and availability information is updated almost instantly on the storefront for retailers

Invoice module:
Order invoices are created when an order comes through and when an order is cancelled.
Shipment invoices are created when a shipment is created by the supplier and when it's cancelled. These invoices will only be created when the shipment method is from Everspring.
VAT module:
VAT is calculated properly with the VAT rate of a product.
Payouts will use the new VAT module in the payout of June.
Export module:
Possibility to export orders.
Possibility to export shipment invoices.
Possibility to export order invoices.
Possibility to export retailer contact information.
Updated import template.
Updated packingslip.
Updated address validation, which helps to fill in the 'extra address information' when a 'extension' has to many characters.
