WooCommerce Connection: Troubleshooting Checklist
If your orders are not being processed correctly through the Everspring-WooCommerce integration, please follow this checklist to identify and resolve the issue:
1. Check Plugin Version
Ensure you are using the most recent version of the Everspring plugin, which is 1.0.4. You can verify this by:
Logging into your WordPress Dashboard.
Navigating to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Checking the version number of the Everspring plugin listed there.
2. Review Order Notes for Errors
Examine the order notes in WooCommerce to see if any errors are reported:
Go to WooCommerce > Orders.
Select the order that is experiencing issues.
Look at the Order Notes section for any error messages.
Resolve any errors indicated in the notes.
3. Verify Product Import Status
Ensure that the products ordered are marked as "Everspring Imported":
Go to Products in your WooCommerce dashboard.
Select the specific product.
Navigate to the Advanced tab.
Check if the Everspring Imported option is set to "Yes".
4. Confirm Product SKU
Make sure the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for the product is correctly filled out:
Go to Products in your WooCommerce dashboard.
Select the specific product.
Check the SKU field under the Product Data section.
Verify that the SKU is correct and matches the SKU used on Everspring.
5. Match Order Status
Ensure that the order status settings in the Everspring plugin match the status of the order:
Go to Everspring Plugin Settings in your WooCommerce dashboard.
Verify that the Order Status for Forwarding setting matches the status of your order.
Additional Tips:
Double-check your internet connection and ensure there are no server issues.
Review any recent changes or updates to your WooCommerce site or plugins that might affect the integration.

Order codes to solve
Code: 001 The [key] you have entered is not valid. Please contact Everspring.
Code: 002 The [key] you have entered contains only spaces. Make sure you enter a [key].
Code: 003 Key: attribute name (string) The [key] you have entered is empty. Make sure you enter a [key].
Code: 004 The [key] you have entered does not contain enough characters. Make sure you fill this field with enough characters.
Code: 005 The [key] you have entered contains too many characters. Make sure you fill this field with fewer characters.
If the data field contains more than 128 characters or a note of more than 500 characters
Code: 006 The [Key] you have entered for this field is incorrect. Make sure you enter a logical value.
For example, if the zipcode is not in the correct format. Then please make sure to use a correct zipcode format for the country you order to.
Code: 007 The order you have created contains no products known to Everspring.
Code: 008 The field [Key] is empty. This field is required to be filled.
Code: 009 Unknown error. Please contact Everspring.
Code: 010 Unknown error. Please contact Everspring.
Code: 011 Unknown error. Please contact Everspring.
Code: 012 The item you are trying to send to Everspring is not known to Everspring. Hint: [Key]
Code: 013 The [Key] you have entered is too small. Make sure you enter a higher number.
Code: 014 The [Key] you have entered is too big. Make sure you enter a lower number.
Code: 015 The [Key] you have entered is invalid. Make sure you enter a logical value.
Code: 016 The ordered product with SKU [Key] is not in stock at Everspring.
The product you have ordered is not in stock at Everspring. Therefor you cannot order the product.
Code: 017 The ordered product with SKU [Hint] is not available for delivery to [Key].
You have ordered a product to a country that is not available for shipment. It is not possible to ship the product to this country.
Code: 018 You currently have not correctly set up your eWallet in Everspring.
Please finish the setup of your eWallet in the Everspring back-office. Without a complete setup it is not possible to complete the order.
Code: 019 The product you are trying to create does not exist in Everspring
