Flowers and Plants
Since flowers and plants are living products, they unfortunately cannot be returned in accordance with Article 16 of the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This law excludes the right of withdrawal for goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as plants. However, we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. Returning Other Items
Did you order something else, such as a pot or basket, and it's not quite what you expected? No worries, you can return these items within 14 days of the invoice date. Follow these steps to return your item:
