We are required by law to gather some information from you, in order to perform our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.

To verify your identity, we require a valid ID document, such as your driving license, your passport or your ID card. Please make sure you take a clear and complete photo of your document. Make sure the photos are not blurry and that no part of the ID document is missing or cut off.

If your ID document is declined or you are having issues submitting it through the app, please send us an email on support@everup.uk and we will be happy to help you.

We are extremely careful about protecting your data and your privacy.
