Whether you created an everup account to help you set money aside, buy gift Cards or spend with the Debit Card, this comprehensive guide will show you how to make the most out of your everup account, play more games and get the best chance of winning great prizes.

Earning Coins from your Cash Account Balance

You can earn Coins just from your cash balance. Here is how it works.

Every night our systems check how much you have set aside and deliver a certain amount of Coins based on the total balance. The higher the balance, the higher the Coins you earn on a daily basis.

This table shows Cash Account Balance reached, corresponding to Level and Daily Coins Reward.

Earning Coins from your Debit Card spending

The best way to maximise Coins with the everup Debit Card is to make high value transactions.

The higher the transaction value, the higher the Coins per pound you will earn.

For example, if you spend £500.00, you will receive 10,000 Coins per £1, in total 5m Coins. On the other hand ten transactions of £50 (in total £500) would add up to 3.75m Coins.

In other words, a single transaction of £500.00 will yield about 35% more Coins than 10 transactions of £50.00 each.

Please note that the coin-earning table provided is subject to periodic revisions. It is important to be aware that certain merchant codes may have restrictions and yield fewer coins per £1 than advertised. Specifically, transactions from the following merchant codes have spending caps:

  1. 6012 (Financial Institutions—Merchandise, Services, and Debt Repayment) - capped at £250

  2. 6211 (Security Brokers / Dealers) - capped at £250

  3. 9399 (Government Services) - capped at £250

  4. 9311 (Tax Payments) - capped at £200

For example, if you make a transaction of £3,000 with a restricted merchant code (e.g., 9311), the transaction will be considered as if it were only £200 for the purpose of coin earnings.

Please keep these limitations in mind when reviewing your coin earnings and planning future transactions.

Penalty Coins

While we strive to give you as many Coins as possible when you save up or spend with the Card, we have implemented penalty systems to claw back Coins when:

· You withdraw funds from your Cash Account

· Your Debit Card transactions are refunded or reversed

Withdrawing funds

Withdrawing funds is the opposite of helping you saving. So you may lose Coins when you request a transfer back to your bank account.

Check the in-app disclaimer about potential Coin loss when you request a withdrawal.

You may also be charged a small fee if you are withdrawing more times than your free allowance. If a fee is payable, it will be displayed in the app at the point of withdrawing.

Reversed or Refunded transactions

We’ve changed the Debit Card program so that customers can play games with peace of mind. Spin it, win it, claim it. There’s no longer any need to wait for transactions to settle.

However, if a transaction is reversed or refunded, the amount of Coins received will be reversed. If that happens, your Coin balance may become negative. You can recover from a negative Coins balance by making new qualifying purchases, referring other people or getting daily Coins from your Cash Account balance.
