How do I add funds to every?

  1. Go to "Banking"

  2. Go to "Add Funds

  3. Choose whether you would like add funds via wire, bank transfer, or check deposit

    1. Wire transfers work best if you are sending more than $100,000. You will have to log into your other bank and send a wire to Every using the information we provide when you click the button.

    2. For sending less than $100,000, you can connect your other bank and Every can initiate the transfer directly.

How do I find my checking account and routing number?

  1. Click on the Account Details link here

How do I transfer money between every.io and other bank accounts?

  1. Click on the Add or Transfer funds button at the top right of the screen

  2. Click on Transfer

    1. Note: The above works if you are moving less than $100,000. If you need to transfer more than $100,000, you must send a wire to Every, or send a wire out of Every.

      1. To send a wire from Every to an external account:

        1. Click on the Pay button at the top right of the screen

        2. Make sure to select Wire as the payment method

      2. To send a wire from an external account to Every

        1. Get your every.io bank account and routing number

          1. Click on the Account Details link here

        2. Go to your other bank, and send a wire using your every.io account and routing number

How do I find my bank and treasury account statement?

  1. Here you can download both Checking Account statements from your Thread bank account, and Treasury statements from your BNY Mellon Pershing brokerage account

How do I create a corporate debit or credit card?

  1. Go to Cards

  2. Click on Create Card in the top right corner of the screen

How much cashback do I receive when I use my debit card?

  • .5 point for every $1 in Card purchases if the checking account balance is under $250,000. (Equivalent to .5% cashback)

  • 1 points for every $1 in Card purchases if the checking account balance is between $250,000 and $1,000,000. (Equivalent to 1% cashback)

  • 2 points for every $1 in Card purchases if the checking account balance is over $1,000,000. (Equivalent to 2% cashback)

How do I add a card to apple wallet?

  1. Go to the card you want to add, and click on it to show the card number

  2. Get your phone, and go to the Wallet app

  3. Click on the "+" button on the top right corner of the screen

  4. Select "Debit or Credit"

  5. With your phone you will take a picture of the card on your laptop screen

How do I set a spend limit on a debit card?

  1. Go to Cards

  2. Hover over the card you want to freeze

  3. Click on the "..." to access the menu and click Edit Limit

How do I freeze a debit card?

  1. Go to Cards

  2. Hover over the card you want to freeze

  3. Click on the "..." to access the menu and click Freeze Card

How do I set a PIN on my debit card?

  1. Go to Cards

  2. Hover over the card you want to freeze

  3. Click on the "..." to access the menu and click Update PIN

How do I submit a reimbursement?

If you spent your personal money on a corporate expense, you can Reimburse yourself. Here is how:

  1. Go to the "Me" page

  2. Find the Reimbursement box and click Create Reimbursement

How do I add an external bookkeeper or HR administrator?

  1. Go to Settings/Administrators

  2. Click on Add Administrator

  3. Select HR Permission if you are adding someone who should have access to People and Payroll information

  4. Select Bookkeeper if you are adding an accountant or someone who should have access to all financial information. Please note Bookkeepers can see financial data but the CANNOT move any money without a Company Admin's approval.

How do I change my email or phone number?

  1. Go to the Me page

  2. Click on the changes "Make Changes" button in the black box here
