Introduction
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in to FileTrac Evolve. It serves as the central hub for your entire claims workflow — giving you one-click access to every module, tool, and platform in the Evolution Global ecosystem.
The Dashboard is organized around a set of tiles. Each tile represents a distinct product or capability. Clicking a tile opens that module, either within FileTrac Evolve or in its dedicated interface.
Dashboard Tiles
The current tile set on the FileTrac Evolve Dashboard includes:

FileTrac Legacy | Opens the full FileTrac Legacy claims management system — claim entry, manage claims, billing, reports, and all core workflow tools. |
ELIAS AI | Launches ELIAS AI (formerly known as EVO-X, rebranded and redesigned as ELIAS AI), the AI-powered assistant for claims search, document generation, data visualization, and draft writing. |
AdjusterIQ | Opens the AdjusterIQ workspace — the human-centered layer for adjuster productivity, workflow management, and professional development. |
iQnect Events | Accesses iQnect Events, the industry event and continuing education hub for insurance professionals. |
Conversation Insurance | Opens Conversation Insurance, the community and networking platform for teams, clients, and industry peers. |
Connect | Manages your Connect profile and professional network connections within the Evolution Global platform. |
Marketplace | Browse and access third-party services, vendor integrations, and industry tools available through the Evolution Global Marketplace. |
Billing | View and manage invoices, payments, and billing settings for your organization. |
Messages | Access your internal messaging and communication threads. |
Notifications | View system notifications, alerts, and activity updates across all modules. |
The tiles visible on your Dashboard may vary depending on your organization's configuration and your user role. If you do not see a tile you expect, contact your organization's administrator to confirm it has been enabled for your account.
Quick Links
Below the tile grid, the Dashboard displays a Quick Links section that provides direct shortcuts to frequently used pages and tools across the platform. Quick Links are configurable by your administrator and can be customized to match your team's most common workflows.
ELIAS AI Panel
ELIAS AI (formerly known as EVO-X, rebranded and redesigned as ELIAS AI) is accessible directly from the Dashboard as a collapsible left-side panel. You can open it at any time to ask questions, search claims, generate documents, or get assistance — without leaving the Dashboard. For full details, see the ELIAS AI help articles.
Themes and Personalization
