AdjusterIQ is the human workspace for insurance adjusters within the Evolution Global platform. It brings together dashboards, tools, and guided workflows that help adjusters manage their daily claim-handling responsibilities more effectively — and helps organizations assess, develop, and match adjuster talent to the right assignments.

AdjusterIQ serves two audiences. For adjusters, it provides a centralized workspace where daily tasks, assignments, claim statuses, and professional development tools live side by side. For managers and firm administrators, it provides visibility into adjuster capabilities, certifications, licensing status, and workload — making it easier to match the right adjuster to the right claim based on skills, location, and experience.

Key capabilities include professional profile management, certification and license tracking, skills-based claim matching, performance dashboards, and guided workflows that walk adjusters through common tasks step by step.

AdjusterIQ is one of four products in the Evolution Global ecosystem. FileTrac is the core claims management system and the data authority for all claim records. ELIAS AI (formerly known as EVO-X) provides AI-assisted analysis, document summarization, and draft writing. Conversation Insurance offers community networking and team collaboration. AdjusterIQ completes the picture by focusing on the adjusters themselves — their skills, their development, and their day-to-day work experience.

AdjusterIQ is accessible from the FileTrac Evolve Dashboard. Data flows between AdjusterIQ and FileTrac automatically, so adjuster profiles, certifications, and assignment history stay synchronized across both systems.
