Overview
In addition to the standard report categories, FileTrac includes a Custom-Built Reports section containing reports that have been developed for specific client organizations. These reports are tailored to the unique data requirements, formatting standards, and delivery schedules of individual clients. If you see a report name that matches one of your client companies, it was built to meet that client's particular reporting needs.
What Custom-Built Reports Are
Custom-built reports are created by the Evolution Global development team when a client's reporting requirements go beyond what the standard report library can produce. Common reasons for requesting a custom report include:
A carrier client requires a specific layout or column set that does not match any existing report.
A client needs data aggregated or filtered in a non-standard way (for example, grouping by a custom field or combining data from multiple sections).
Regulatory or contractual obligations mandate a particular report format.
A client's internal systems require data in a specific export format for automated ingestion.
Examples of Custom-Built Reports
The Custom-Built Reports section may include reports named for specific client organizations. These reports are visible only to users whose account is associated with the relevant client. Examples of the types of client-specific reports that may appear in this section include reports built for organizations such as Crittenden, Erhardt, McMartin, TFG, Winslow, and others. Each report is designed to that client's exact specifications.
Tips
Before requesting a custom report, review the standard report categories to confirm that an existing report with the right filters cannot meet your needs. Many reporting needs can be addressed using the Custom Claims Listing or Custom Invoice Listing reports with flexible column selection.
When requesting a custom report, provide a sample of the desired output (even a spreadsheet mock-up) to accelerate the development process.
Custom reports are maintained alongside your FileTrac environment — if your client's requirements change, contact support to have the report updated.
Please note certain support plans do not include custom reports.
