ELIAS AI (formerly known as EVO-X, rebranded and redesigned as ELIAS AI) is the AI-powered assistant built into the FileTrac Evolve dashboard. Designed specifically for claims professionals, ELIAS AI helps you work faster and more accurately by providing intelligent tools for document analysis, data visualization, professional writing, claim searching, and contextual assistance — all within a conversational interface.

ELIAS AI is not a general-purpose chatbot. It is purpose-built for the insurance claims industry and understands claims terminology, workflows, and the FileTrac system.

ELIAS AI lives as a collapsible panel on the left side of the FileTrac Evolve User Dashboard. To open it:

1. Log in to FileTrac Evolve and navigate to the User Dashboard.

2. Look for the ELIAS AI panel on the left side of the screen. If it is collapsed, click the toggle or expand control to reveal it.

3. ELIAS AI will greet you by name and present a text input field where you can type your questions or requests.

You can also attach files directly to your conversation using the attachment icon (paper clip) next to the text input field.

ELIAS AI provides six main categories of capabilities, each with pre-built prompts to get you started:

Upload documents and ask ELIAS AI to summarize them, create Word documents, or generate PDFs from your content. This is particularly useful for quickly reviewing lengthy claim files or generating formatted deliverables.

Upload CSV files or other data and ask ELIAS AI to create charts, graphs, and visual analyses. You can also analyze multiple files together for comparative reporting.

Ask ELIAS AI how to perform tasks in FileTrac. It has built-in knowledge of the system and can guide you through workflows, explain features, and answer questions about the platform.

File Attachments — Attach documents directly to your ELIAS AI conversation for analysis, summarization, or data extraction. Click the paper clip icon next to the text input.

Conversation Management — Save your conversations for future reference or start new ones using the controls in the ELIAS AI header bar. Each conversation is preserved separately.

Custom Instructions — Personalize how ELIAS AI responds to you by setting custom instructions — your location, role, preferred response length, and communication style.

Notes Summary — From within a claim's notes section, click the blue "Summarize" button to have ELIAS AI generate an instant summary of all claim notes. You can then ask follow-up questions.

Copy and Save Responses — Copy any ELIAS AI response to your clipboard, or save it directly as a claim note (with the option to set client visibility).

ELIAS AI is a powerful tool, but it may not always produce perfectly accurate information. Always review and verify AI-generated content before using it in official communications, reports, or decisions.
