Adding a Client

There are two simple ways to add a new client in EvolveWell. Here’s how it works:

Option 1: Add a Client from the AI Bar

  1. From your main dashboard, look at the bottom-left corner of your screen — you’ll see the AI Bar.

  2. Click on the Clients icon.

  3. Select “Create Client.”

  4. Enter your client’s details — for example:

  5. Click Save (or Add Client) to create the client profile.

🟡 Note: At this stage, your client will not receive any email notification.
Clients are only notified once you send or assign something to them.


Option 2: Add a Client While Sending an Assignment

You can also create a new client directly from an assignment:

  1. Go to your Library and open an assignment you want to share.

  2. Click the Send button.

  3. In the Recipient field, type your client’s name (e.g., John Smith).

    • If the client doesn’t already exist, you’ll see an option to Create New Client right there.

  4. Once added, select your client and click Send Assignment.

This will automatically:

  • Add the client to your client list, and

  • Send them their first notification email with the assignment.


Summary

  • You can add clients either from the AI Bar or directly while sending an assignment.

  • Clients do not receive any emails until you assign something to them.

  • Once you send an assignment, EvolveWell automatically notifies them and tracks their engagement.
