Step 1: Add Yourself as a Client
From your main EvolveWell dashboard, open the Clients section from the AI Bar (bottom-left).
Click Create Client and add yourself — use your own name and email address (e.g., jack@evolvewell.com).
Once you’ve added yourself, you can send assignments to your own email just like you would with any client.
💡 Tip: Adding yourself as a client is a great way to test new assignments or preview updates before sharing them.
Step 2: Send an Assignment to Yourself
Go to your Library and open an existing assignment (or create a new one).
Set a due date (for example, one week from today).
Click Send and choose yourself as the client (using the email you just added).
Click Send Assignment.
Step 3: Open the Client Email
Go to your inbox and look for the email from EvolveWell — this is the same message your client would receive.
Click the link in the email to open the assignment.
You’ll now see exactly what your client sees:
Your coach name and photo at the top of the page
The assignment content on the left
Interactive options like “Let’s Get Started” or “Mark as Complete”
Step 4: Explore the Client Experience
Once you’ve opened the assignment, you can:
Walk through the steps as if you’re the client.
See how EVO AI guides the client through each part of the assignment.
Confirm that your instructions, visuals, and flow look right before sharing it with others.
